A new website is nearly finished for this Leicestershire / Rutland border Pilates trainer has just equipped her studio with hammocks for Aerial Pilates. This looks like tremendous fun – think low level Cirque du Soleil! She also provides regular Body Control Pilates, personal training, sports massage and rehab and nutrition advice, both at her studio, in local venues and in Murcia, Spain.
